  • How much are your sessions?
    I offer single sessions, Packages and doubles sessions (2 people ). Prices can vary depending on the type of training, number of people or training plan. Please contact me for details.
  • How often do we train?
    2-3 days per week works best for personal training
  • Do I need to be in shape before we start?
    Absolutely not! I work with clients at all fitness levels
  • How often should I work out?
    30-60 minutes a day, 3-5 days a week, depending on age & fitness level
